I've bought a pattern and I haven't received it yet
In Abejitas we don't send the patterns by email.
When you first buy a pattern, you have to create an account on the site. All the patterns you buy are associated to this account and you can download them from your personal profile.
You just have to login and you will find your bought patterns on the "Files" tab.
Why are there products with a stock of 0?
We are talking about crafts so most items are unique.
When they are sold, the stock goes down to 0 and they can't be bought anymore.
We leave them on the site because we think most articles are worth to be seen regardless if they are available or not.
We usually don't work on demand but if you want a sold article, feel free to contact us.
How do you use the personal information you ask during registration?
In the case of physical products, We just use them to send the product to you.
With virtual goods, we only need your email in order to create your account where you can download the files.
Abejitas will never share your personal information to other people and we will not send you spam.
¿No son un poco caros algunas artículos en Abejitas?
No realmente, es necesario conocer como se trabaja en artesanía.
Para hacer estos artículos se necesitan muchas horas de un trabajo dedicado y laborioso. También es necesario tener en cuentas los materiales utilizados, que en muchos casos son bastante caros. Y por último, siempre hay que tener presente que se va a tener una pieza única.
Lamentablemente nos hemos acostumbrado a productos hechos en serie por mano de obra casi esclava. Eso sí, son baratos, pero ¿se ha puesto el mismo cariño en su elaboración?
¿Es necesario darme de alta para comprar?
Sí, en Abejitas es necesario darse de alta para comprar.
Los únicos datos que se te pedirán serán los imprescindibles para hacerte llegar el envío.
